Formed in 1978 by Martin & Debra Philbert, Martin's Plumbing & Maintenance Services began as a two-person venture that operated out of a small office at Saddle Road, Maraval. As the company began to grow, the change from sole trader to a limited liability entity became necessary and in 1984, the company became Martin's Plumbing & Maintenance Services Limited (MPMSL).

Martin Philbert is the holder of a valid Sanitary Constructor’s Licence, issued to him by the Water and Sewerage Authority (WASA). He has been involved in the Construction Industry for more than thirty-two (32) years and has completed several major projects throughout this time. Martin’s determination and devotion to his company and the industry in general, has resulted in steady growth for the business.

The company’s office moved on from Maraval to Fernandes Compound, Laventille then to Prizgar Road, San Juan and now operates out of company-owned premises at the Industrial Park located at Lot #48 O’Meara Industrial Estate, Arima

Martin Philbert

FOUNDER
Martin Philbert is an experienced businessman native to Trinidad and Tobago, with his flag ship company, Martin’s Plumbing and Maintenance Services Limited, started in 1979, and then registered and started in 1984. Over the last 44 years, Martin, via his company has undertaken several large plumbing projects and maintenance contracts in Trinidad and Tobago and theCaribbean, being a Licensed Plumbing Contractor including Chancery Lane Complex 18-StoreyBuilding, Grenada Stadium, RBC Royal Bank St. Clair Office, The Brix, TECI Credit Union andAmalgamated Security Services Limited Headquarters.
